OPTION 1: IN PERSON OUTDOOR TRAINING

How Long: 60 Minute Option

Times Available: Monday-Friday 2-8 PM (flexible for mornings as well if needed for families), Saturday+Sunday 9 AM-3PM

Minimum of 3 Players & Maximum of 6 Players

Workout: These training sessions will consist of speed-agility footwork & conditioning, ball handling, triple threat/defensive stance action, shooting and finishing - Please note that coaches & players will follow all safety restrictions in place in the State of Illinois

60 Minute Cost: 5 Session Package: $500 / 10 Session Package: $900

OPTION 2: VIRTUAL ZOOM TRAINING

How Long: 45 Minutes

When: Times Available: 9AM - 8PM

Maximum of 5 Players Allowed to Guarantee Individual Attention

*Workout: 45 minute workout of basketball fundamentals that will include ball handling, triple threat footwork, speed-agility & conditioning, shooting & finishing if a basket is available to participants (Baseball Hitting/Pitching Also Available to set up)

Cost:   5 Session Package: $250 / 10 Session Package: $400 (split between family participants)

WHY DO VIRTUAL TRAINING WITH PLAY HARD HOOPS

EXPERIENCE: PHH has run approximately 500 Zoom workouts in baseball, basketball, and speed & agility since April 2020. These sessions have had over 2000 participants across families. We are consistently looking to improve our effort for the community, and this experience has given us unique knowledge of what programs are most effective and fun virtually.

PHH COACHING STAFF:

David Adelman - Founded Play Hard Hoops in 2009 and has over 30 years of coaching experience at all levels of basketball that includes International and 12 years of college and professional coaching experience.

Jared Ashe - Co Director of Play Hard programs including the PHH City Warriors; played college basketball and soccer as rare 2 sport athlete; Coached elite level travel basketball and is the Head Sophomore Coach at Mt Carmel

Ron Christians - A 6 year coach and director of PHH programs played college basketball at Loras College and is a top trainer for kids of all ages where his infectious enthusiasm makes him a Play Hard Favorite

Justin Cobe - The Co-Director of the PHH Warriors program in the suburbs and quickly a top coach and trainer in the North Suburbs. Cobe was a student assistant for UW Oshkosh and played baseball & basketball at Gurnee HS

Derek Mason - Recently joined Play Hard and has coached feeder basketball for Warren HS. Was a college basketball player at Carthage College and has quickly established himself as a top trainer for PHH

Kevin Day - A PHH City Warrior Coach and assistant at Mt Carmel HS, Day worked with Play Hard this year upon graduating from Roosevelt College where he played college basketball

Kevin Quirk - Longtime Play Hard Coach & Camp Director. Has been a high school coach for St Patrick and Mt Carmel programs and is a tremendous communicator with kids of all ages

Baseball Trainer Scott Plaza - Current Redline Trainer and Glenbrook South Girls Softball Coach, he was a National Champion Pitcher for UW-Whitewater winning the College World Series MVP

James Santillan - James has worked for Play Hard Hoops sinced it was founded in 2009 and returned this summer to be one of the primary skills trainers for the PHH Outdoor Training.

Michael Kaye - Michael has been a great addition to PHH in 2020-21 as he has become Coach Jared's right hand man on PHH City Warriors Travel and has worked in PHH Skills and league programs. Michael has been a PE Teacher and basketball coach at Old St Mary's in Chicago

John Lazar - John has done a tremendous job in his first season working with PHH City Warriors and various skills-league progams. John was a strong HS player and relates wellto the young PHH player

Jay Halverson - Jay is  currently coaching with the PHH Warriors after doing a tremendous job with the LZ Hoops Travel Program under PHH Direction in 2020-21. Jay has been a middle school coach and former Stevenson Feeder Coach.
