Play Hard Hoops Virtual Zoom Activities - Camp Season

WHY DO VIRTUAL TRAINING WITH PLAY HARD HOOPS

EXPERIENCE: PHH has run approximately 200 Zoom workouts in baseball, basketball, and speed & agility. These sessions have had over 2000 participants across families. We are consistently looking to improve our effort for the community, and this experience has given us unique knowledge of what programs are most effective and fun virtually.

DIVERSITY OF PROGRAMS: PHH has added baseball and speed+agillty workouts with elite instruction to enhance the at-home sports learning environment. We will also engage the kids with our fun "Pop-Up Get Better" workouts that could include experts from several different athletic fields.

OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM: You can choose what works best for your family schedule - an unlimited monthly membership, specific weekly sessions (4 separate June weeks available), or an activity package that fits specifically for your son/daughter. The camp schedule will be from 9AM - 3PM, but participants can come & go as they please. The expecations will be for individuals to participate in 2-3 activities daily!

Full Monthly Package (All Sessions): $200

10 Class Pack (Join Any 10 Trainings During The Month) $100

zoom training activities Grades 1-7 (Sessions broken into 2 groups 1st-3rd & 4th-7th)

BASKETBALL: 

PHH Coaches will run fundamental skill trainings that will cover: ball handling, pivoting-footwork, shooting technique, creating space - scoring moves, shooting workouts, chalk talks and other specialized basketball training which will include advanced training 

BASEBALL:

Join Coach Scott Plaza, a Redline Athletics Trainer & former Pitcher for UW-Whitewater, who won the College World Series MVP in winning the 2014 National Championship. Plaz will run hitting, pitching & baseball IQ sessions that will cover base running, catcher play and more. There will also be the potential for parnter fielding & throwing

SPEED & AGILITY/CONDITIONING

PHH feels blessed to have a great coaching staff with experience in teaching speed+agility & strength training -conditioning. Coach Scott Plaza of Redline Athletics with our PHH Coaches will design activities that will increase hand-eye coordination, footwork, speed, quickness and strength. These activities will be guaranteed to improve strength-conditioning & fitness which is critical to our youth

CHALLENGES & POP-UP GET BETTER ACTIVITIES
PHH will have a challenge segment every day as an activity for kids to have fun and compete against other kids: these activities can include more than just baseball or basketball challenges. We will also engage the kids with our fun "Pop-Up Get Better" workouts that could include experts from several different athletic fields.

12:00 PM: Advanced Training for Basketball & Baseball Players: 5th Grade & Up

1:00 PM: Basketball & Pop Up Special Training

3:00PM: Daily Burnout Drill/Class Challenge
